I heard that you’re working in the PL Countermeasures Division of Replus while taking care of your children. Can you tell us the reason for joining Replus?

Before Mr. Sho Jikumaru established Replus, he used to be a media consultant. At that time, I was his student.

By utilizing the knowledge about media learned from Mr. Sho, I operated a summary site.

I once left my job after giving birth, but I got contacted by Mr. Sho that “I’m going to founded Replus, so I’d like you to help me.” I definitely wanted to work with him and have joined since then.

You were a student! So what kind of work are you currently in charge of at Replus?

I’m managing a Facebook business manager.

I am doing a wild scope such as checking inventory management, confirming delivery to customers and verification.

What is the appeal of Replus from your view?

There is a high freedom level in work.

Replus had adopted full remote working even before the coming of Covid-19.

You can work in your favorite style and place and concentrate on your work.

In my case, I am very grateful because I can take care of my child while working at home.

I think it’s unique of a full remote system that you can maintain a good distance with the members.

I see, Replus has created a workplace where both work and childcare. For product management, I think it is a job that requires the most precision, can you tell us what is the appeal of your job?

Replus is becoming more structured, and the PL Countermeasures Division’s character is to standardize the business details.

Therefore, we are taking on the challenge of “Improving work efficiency” every day.

By improving efficiency, you will not only be more productive, but you can continue learning new things and work in a calm situation.

One special feature of Replus is a professional from each field gathering in all departments.

When you are facing some questions, you will always get accurate advice from anyone which makes this a very attractive workplace.

I can feel President Jikumaru’s character appears in the company culture! By the way, what kind of person is he from your opinion?

He has an image of working more than members.

He is the president who makes me think, “I want to do my best and help Mr. Jikumaru as much as possible, so he can take a rest”

The way of communication is also wonderful. He inspires members to raise up self-esteem and aspirations, pushing forward by saying “I want to respond to that expectation!”.

He always pays respects and expresses his gratitude to other people.

On the other hand, he was happy to be called a “strange person”, so I’m sure he is a “strange person” in a good way.

Thank you for showing the personality of Mr.Jikumaru in another episode to us. Now I would like to ask about you! It seems that your hobby is cooking. What is your specialty dish?

It is a “fried chicken”.

I think it’s pretty delicious!

When I heard from my friend that she was planning to cook for her boyfriend, sometimes I made it to her in secret instead.

Wow, sounds delicious! And what other dishes do you cook?

I also make varieties such as daily lunch boxes, breads, and desserts!

My obsession when working at Replus is working with the “respectable person”

In this society, you may work with unpleasant bosses and seniors, and there may be days you want to skip as much as possible. However, when you work with a “respectable person,” such feelings will disappear.

Your mind will change to “I want to do my best for the person who I respect.”

I am grateful for this opportunity and would like to continue working together.
