What kind of work are you currently doing at Replus?

I’m in charge of general affairs and management of the entire Replus.

For example, I respond to customer support, manage business managers and manuals, manage overseas outsources, verification tests etc. or easily say I’m looking at the business overall.

Especially coordinating consulates from partners sometimes to expand a wide range of organizations together with Mr. Sho Jikumaru.

As you said, you’re taking care rather widely, but what parts do you feel it’s worth rewarding?

For me, when I’m coordinated with many partners, not only by chat tool but also by phone, you can learn and know everyone deeply through the conversation.

While understanding the best part of each special characteristic in person, it was easy for the company to operate the business smoothly.

Because I’m concerned about the project which works across the section, which allows me to understand the flow of each operation, I feel like this is the one attractive thing for me .

In the view of management, what makes this company appealing to work for?

Replus’s work is very specialized and offers an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience that other companies in the same industry can not.

We’re willing to create an environment where each partner can work freedom and shine your strengths as much as you can.

That’s why Replus’s policy is work whenever you can work.

We have adopted a full remote working system, anybody doesn’t need to work in the same place, but they’re always having someone to respond during business hours and all partners are team players. I found it attractive.

What A wonderful place where you can work freely by being fully remote !By the way, what kind of person do you think would match with Replus?

As I mentioned, you can gain specialized knowledge here. Even though it is a little difficult, we can provide the best place for those who want to gain knowledge.

Also, I think it fits for those who want to show their skills freely and be self motivated.

I think Replus is a company where you always hear “What happens if I do like this?” and accept ideas or proposals which make better improvement from partners.

It looks like you can actively work at your own discretion! What’s your opinion about President Mr. Sho Jikumaru ?

I think he has a strong management mindset of “Act as soon as you can”

He has a strong feeling of let’s create something good! And a fast decision. I think he loves working 365 days a year, but I feel like he works 363 days diligently.

He’s a hard worker and thoughtful, considerate when responding to customers and partners.

I can imagine how sincere he is! Now let’s tell more about you. You said your hobby is muscle training because you used to work at the gym?

I had been playing sports since I was a child, so after graduating from high school, I entered a vocational school for sports trainers.

I have been playing sports since I was a child. After graduating from high school, I entered sports training at a technical school.

Because of youthful indiscretion, I hadn’t studied seriously but later I got a job at a private training gym.

After I got a job, I started doing muscle training more often, but at that time I wasn’t willing to do it myself.

I was desperate to get the weight back after giving birth. But I didn’t give up and felt happy. The more I do, the more changes I get. I’ve been very careful about eating and exercising for about 2 years.

I’m getting fat easily, but now my goal is being healthy and slimy.

And how about learning English?

Actually, I was thinking about moving overseas for two years.

At that time I was still thinking, “If I really go there , I can talk.”

However, the effects of Covid-19 made my plan postponed for one year. I was thinking if I can speak English by myself, I can communicate with the teachers of my children at the school and I really hope I can do it.

“Let’s study even a little now!” That’s why I started taking online English conversation classes now.

At first, I couldn’t talk at all, but as I took classes every day, I gradually became able to understand what they say, “I want to answer this” and “I’ll ask this question the next time”.

 I start enjoying the conversation and desire to speak more smoothly.

From there, I began to study more and more, and when I realized it addicted me !

Wow, both of your hobbies show the results of just doing it! Finally, please give a few words to those who want to join Replus in the future?

I think there are various conditions such as “I want freedom to show my knowledges and skills,” or “I don’t have knowledge but interesting in Replus” or “I have small children and want to work at home”
