What kind of work are you currently in charge of at Replus?

I take care to create and operate advertisements for EC projects, product information, including data analysis.

What kind of knowledge do you need for your job?

Mainly knowledge is web marketing.

Specifically, we analyze operational data related to advertisements, run operations based on that data and create new advertisements.

I think your job has a lot of things to learn, but what makes this company appealing to work for?

We can help customers to find out the appeal of the product!

As I mentioned, our TD department also creates advertisements.

By multiplying knowledge and data analysis, the customer will find out the attractiveness of the product and perform a single creative one and only.

Together with the business division, I think the situation that you can take on new challenges is attractive and we are facing an expansion phase.

I feel like here is a place where you can seize opportunities, especially for those who find it worth committing to numbers. The special characteristic of this company is a strong relationship of trust with customers.

Replus was a reliable and trusted company before I joined.

We’re happy to work with all customers.

We also have many connections in the same business and we’re proud that we can receive a lot of inspiration from the surrounding people.

It’s a very rewarding workplace for those who like challenges and have responsibility! How about working style?

Because it’s completely remote work, I find it’s attractive that you can work from anywhere.

For example, even if you get married and move home, you can continuously work. You can work in various parts of Japan and overseas, which is an extremely fascinating reason.

Sometimes I work from my travel destination.

Work while you can get refreshed, efficiency increases!

We have created a system that keeps us connected with Mr. Sho Jikumaru usually by telephone or others.

Through the online meetings with team members, we find it’s easy to express opinions to each other, and I think it is very good that everybody always feels like we are working as a member of Replus. We are in the same team! Even though we are far away.

I see, Mr. Sho always values structure and communication! By the way, what’s your opinion about President Mr. Sho Jikumaru ?

A word which can describe everything may be “a Buddha ”

I once received a word from a customer saying, “This is the first time for someone who is so polite ”

Not only for customers, but employees are the same. It’s not normally polite, it’s extremely polite.

The words spoken by Mr. Sho always feel respect and sympathy.

He’s easy to talk to and give any advice, even a private matter which is reliable.

Not only a generous person, but he is also full of ideas.

He is proficient in finding ideas such as new business opportunities by utilizing the strengths and compatibility of the company.

Such a nice organization. Now, let’s talk about you. What do you often do in your leisure time?

I like to travel a lot. There are good points between traveling in Japan and overseas, but I prefer to travel abroad.

Excitement level before departure is different.

I feel curious when I jump into the unknown. “first time” when traveling abroad always makes me excited.

I’m happy when in touch with the local culture, food, and people.

In Japan, I often travel to nature places where I feel relaxed.

This year I experienced my first time camping and really enjoyed it a lot.

It looks like you’re a travelholic person! What does “kimono” mean in the hobby?

When I went on a trip to Nara, I went to a vintage kimono shop to wear a yukata (a casual version of the kimono) and went sightseeing in the ancient city, but at that time I fell in love with the kimono because I couldn’t forget the cuteness of the kimono.

I couldn’t wear a kimono seasonally, so I’m trying to create an opportunity to wear a vintage-style kimono privately.

It’s an impression that you are trying new things in your life! Finally, please give a few words to those who will join Replus in the future!

Let’s challenge many things and grow together.

Here is a company where each person can work happily!

Thank you!
