First, please tell us about your business and your work.

Our main business is homepage production, advertising operation agency and consulting related to.

At first, I was in charge of CG production but because I’m expertise in calculating, I’m the general manager of the management department too.

How did you use Facebook ads in your business?

We conduct client’s products in Facebook ads and operate them properly. What is called is we execute and operate it as an advertising agency.

Could you tell us about the background of why you call Replus ?

While our FB advertising agency and operation business was expanding so well, we were in trouble with FB advertising operation accounts. At that time, an acquaintance’s agency introduced Replus to us.

Honestly, I was thinking “A local company? I didn’t hear that name before”.

I don’t know the details of the business that made me feel so suspicious. Because It’s a company which I had never heard of before and of course I didn’t know in person, that’s why I left it for about half a year after being introduced.

At last, we came till the malfunction of the operational account that made us contacted to Replus finally.Nowadays, I think “I should have contacted you earlier.”

I requested to maintain the account for operating advertisements, but at the first meeting with Replus, what I thought I knew about the FB account, in fact there were so many things that I didn’t know !

About the result, my account was stable, and my business was getting back on track. I could focus only on increasing sales. The result is better tenfold or nearly hundredfold, which is more than I expected. And my company’s stock has risen.

Most of our clients have offices in Tokyo.
