What was the reason why you founded Replus?

In the past, I had run 7 companies related to web marketing,meanwhile many of customer always asking me about

“Why Facebook analysis’s result is so hard to find out”

“My account is freezing. I don’t know what to do.”

After being resolved based on my experienced know-how, until now customers can customize the results firmly.

And in the meantime I was introduced by customers by word of mouth, they said that “My business acquaintance got in trouble with Facebook too, so please help them.”

I thought if there are many people who get into a lot of trouble like this, how can I contribute to them all? And that was the reason why I established Replus.

There are various advertising platforms, but why are there so many case consults about Facebook?

I got involved with Facebook business 8 years ago.

At that time, Facebook was very popular and in trend. People said “Facebook’s advertising algorithms are excellent and more cost-effective than any other platform”. It is a famous platform where everyone can produce results easily.

However, presently, Facebook’s advertising policies and algorithms are changing and the barriers to entry are extremely high.

Even though Facebook is still a cost-effective platform, many people find it’s difficult to get results because of various rules and terms of service. That’s why I think there are many cases to consult about Facebook

Is there anything you would have done difficult since you founded Replus.?

For me there are two points, Business and Organization points.

First, in terms of business, data analysis is a tough job because the Facebook platform oscillates.

Sometimes I felt like solving such a hard puzzle. But no matter how difficult the analysis is.

“I don’t think anyone else can find this solution.”

“If we can’t find out the answer, the client may get in trouble.”

“We absolutely need to solve it”

For me, this is a good pressure, and I am challenging with it

It also brings pride in doing something that only we can do.

Second, in terms of organization, I’ve come so far as an individual player before.

Therefore, I often worry that I can’t organize the company well.

But finally I could have passed through all difficulties because of my partner.

The one good thing about having more partners is I know the world that I never see through the conversation we shared. I frequently feel that there is a world that I must see more and study more. That is worth a try.

At Replus, we all want to create a better surrounding and want those to join and produce wonderful work together in this company.

I might be worried, but finally ,I wish I can make everyone said “Here is an excellent company”

Even if you have a problem, you can see how it changes in a positive way and leads to learning. So, have you ever had the experience of “That is worth a try” ?

Of course, when we receive a report from customers about the results have been to improve through. I will always be happy with them.

One company told us they can increase monthly sales several times and continue to expand their business by moving offices twice. It delighted me a lot that I could help them get through that trouble.

That’s what you said you’re well known by word of mouth, right? Your success can prove everything!
By the way, you said that you will open an Asia branch in Thailand. Can you tell us why you chose Thailand?

There are two reasons.

One, it’s my plan to start a new business in an overseas market.

Two is for my own growth.

First, I think it’s necessary to collect all information to start new businesses overseas.

Thailand is a stopover point in Asia, such a great location where a lot of information is gathered.

And I desire to see the place of Asia where it will grow in the future.

Chiang Mai is called “IT Nomad’s source” and information distribution is flourishing.

By putting myself in such a great place and gathering all the information, I thought I could understand the world situation and brush up on myself.

Originally I like to study history and do like to find out the origin of things where they started. I enjoy listening to the stories that make me feel like I can study various fields in Thailand.

In the president’s view, what is “Replus” for you ?

Even Replus is a company, but for me I think it do has a strong meaning of word “Work”

Artists often refer to their works as their own children, and I have the same feeling too.

For me, Replus is a blank sketchbook. It feels like our partners are supporting my plan and creating a company by writing on the sketchbook together. It’s important to be like a child, and I can say this is a place where you can live a lively life controlled by yourself.

It seems like you value your partner a lot. Can you tell us what makes the members of Replus attractive?

Everyone does what they want to follow their dreams.

The details may vary for each person, but they all have something in the same, that is “keep running toward something”. Here, we gathered members who are not thinking only “working for life” or “working day in day out”

I think the feeling of seeking changes in everyday life and not being satisfied with the present are fantastic.
